0:00 Hello, and welcome back to your 15 day challenge. My name's Michael Montgomery, and today what we're talking about is how we can hook our audience when it comes to video.

0:09 Now, before we jump in, do you have to be creating video in almost all cases? Yes. Now, if you choose to build your business without video, that's fine, but you still have to be creating content.

0:20 So whether that be a written form, so you're doing your blog or you're doing Twitter or LinkedIn, or you're doing Instagram, but then you have longer captions where you're explaining something.

0:28 So you still have to be creating content. Video is just one of the easiest and best ways. Now, I say easiest because once you actually start doing it, it won't be nearly as bad as you think.

0:39 So if you are not doing video because you're uncomfortable, that is a reason why you need to be doing it because you're actually going to improve your ability to communicate about real estate.

0:48 When we are on video, and if you feel extremely uncomfortable, start shooting videos about market updates and do not post them.

0:57 Just keep them on your computer, but keep actually recording them. Eventually, you'll probably come to the point in time where you're comfortable posting them.

1:05 Okay, with that, let's now jump into what we're going to do when it comes to video. So we're gonna get specific here about how you're actually going to kick off your videos.

1:14 And this is also a really good tip in how to find ideas and content for your videos. So these are the steps. 1:21 First off, we're going to start with an issue. We're then gonna ask a question about the issue. We're then going to make a list, and then we are going to have solutions to the issue.

1:31 So let's look at this. So the first issue might be condos. The question is, what are the best condos in X area?

1:39 And then we have our lists. So we're gonna list out the condos and we're gonna provide solutions. So why are these condos better than say, other condos in the neighborhood?

1:47 So this issue question list and solution model. So there's four things. Here is actually an amazing way for you to kick off any video, whether that be short form or long form.

1:58 Now, in the task below, you are going to see my favorite hooks. And these hooks will have blanks in them, but all you have to do is fill in condos, houses, homes with pools, whatever you would like throughout this.

2:10 And then from there you have a list of an endless number of hooks because you can reuse these and you can reconfigure them in a way that will hook your audience.

2:18 But this is the very first sentence that you are going to say. Okay, so what is the task? Well, the task is going to be to record a short form video.

2:27 So that could be Instagram reels, that could be YouTube shorts, that could be TikTok, whatever works for you. It's a short form video.

2:34 And we have three different topics that you can choose from three different hooks. And we actually within the hooks below, you're going to notice that we have some suggestions on what you can actually say for each of the hooks.

3:01 So those are three different hooks. You can choose which one of those three you want to use. However, you do have to post a real short or TikTok today.

3:11 You can choose from these three, or you can choose from the other potential hooks. But these three are a really good place to start.

3:18 And these tend to get a lot of engagement, specifically the first two. So real estate isn't for everyone, but it's for me.
